默克雪兰诺与Intrexon达成9.41亿美元CAR-T合作研发协议

2015年4月1日讯/生物谷BIOON/--近日，默克雪兰诺与Intrexon达成9.41亿美元协议，将共同研发肿瘤的CAR-T细胞疗法，CAR-T能够识别和攻击肿瘤抗原表位，是近年来肿瘤免疫疗法的大热项目。近年来除了默沙东和百时美施贵宝研制的PD-1抑制剂之外，CAR-T疗法可谓是肿瘤免疫领域内炙手可热、前景光明的新型疗法，尽管目前在临床上还未得到验证。
由于CAR-T疗法的适应症非常广泛，能够应用于多种癌症类型，吸引了各大制药公司纷纷投入。比如安进和KitePharma于今年1月份投入10亿美元，强生投入6.25亿美元收购MacroGenics的MGD011。默克与Intrexon合作后，能够独家获得Intrexon的CAR-T技术，该技术由安德森癌症中心作为支持。
Intrexon将主要负责在临床实验前继续筛选，而默克负责临床试验获批后的方案。BelenGarijo表示，两家公司的合作将会更加注重创新以及肿瘤免疫领域的研发技术。Intrexon将会获得1.15亿美元的预付款。Intrexon将会在研究经费、研发、管理、销售等方面获得8.26亿美元的支持。

MerckSeronosdealwithIntrexongivesitexclusiveaccesstothebiotechsT-cellengineeringcapabilities-recentlybolsteredbyanagreementwiththeUniversityofTexasMDAndersonCancerCentreintheUS.
Intrexonwilldevelopcandidatesupuntilthefilingofapprovaltostartclinicaltrials，withMerckSeronotakingoverresponsibilityfortheprogrammesthereafter.
