迈兰$290亿收购百利高（Perrigo），缔造仿制药及OTC航母

2015年4月9日讯/生物谷BIOON/--美国仿制药巨头迈兰（Mylan）近日宣布，已向美国百利高（Perrigo）发出了一份高达290亿美元的并购要约。据悉，百利高是全球主要的保健品供应商及最大的非处方药（OTC）和营养产品制造商。该笔并购案如果成功完成，将缔造出全球最大的仿制药（genericdrug）和非处方药（OTC）生产商，同时将成为专科药品和营养品领域的领导者。迈兰的现金-股票报价约合每股205美元，较Perrigo公司周二收盘价溢价24%。
迈兰称，已在周一向百利高提交了并购要约。百利高也证实已收到并购要约，目前正在与董事会讨论。消息发布后，百利高股价飙升18%至195美元，迈兰股价飙升8.79%。
迈兰表示，公司合并后，按2014年计算的年收入可达到153亿美元，而通过进一步的收购，合并后的公司将得到更进一步的发展。迈兰还表示，希望由迈兰的高管来执掌新公司，包括公司董事长RobertCoury和首席执行官HeatherBresch。
