FDA首次授予食品过敏领域突破性药物（BTD）资格

2015年4月9日讯/生物谷BIOON/--法国生物技术公司DBVTechnologies在研的一款花生过敏贴片ViaskinPeanut近日喜获FDA“令人垂涎”的突破性疗法认定（BTD），这也是FDA首次授予食品过敏领域BTD资格，突显了该领域迫切的高度医疗需求。
ViaskinPeanut贴片利用DBV公司的Viaskin平台开发，能够逐步训练人体免疫系统对花生产生耐受性。Viaskin是一种静电贴片，通过完整的皮肤递送生物活性物质（包括过敏原）而不破坏皮肤，其理论基础为表皮免疫治疗(epicutaneousimmunotherapy，EPIT），将过敏原直接递送至皮肤浅层，通过特异性靶向抗原提呈细胞（APCs）激活机体免疫系统，而不会让过敏原进入血液。目前，ViaskinPeanut正被开发用于治疗儿童花生过敏。除了该产品，DBV公司也正在开展一项临床前试验和一项I期临床试验，分别调查Viaskin贴片治疗尘螨过敏和牛奶过敏。
