了解大脑的季节适应性与预防和治疗精神疾病密切相关。虽然我们已经进行了一些推测和猜想,但是季节变化对精神疾病的影响还远没有得到充分研究,还需要更严谨的神经影像学检查、更深思熟虑的试验设计、更多的样本量和更高分辨率的环境表征来探究其中的机制。
最后,私心加一句,春乏秋困夏打囤这个事儿,它真的是不赖我啊!
